This Hubbell 10-38683N equivalent replacement element has a 15" immersion length (C DIM.), a 2-1/2" square by 1/4" thick stainless steel flange, Incoloy alloy sheath, and an electrical rating of:

• 15,000 Watts at 208 Volts when Single Phase or Three Phase Delta
• 20,000 Watts at 240 Volts when Single Phase or Three Phase Delta
• 16,000 Watts at 380 Volts when Three Phase Wye

  This replacement element is fully compatible with Hubbell electric water heaters that require OEM part number 10-38683N and have an immersion length of 15".
